Silver Creek Apartments

I’ve lived here for about two years now and love the community and the location can’t be beat. I live in a townhome and it has just the right amount of space for me. The grounds are always well kept and anytime I need assistance or need to have a work order to put in, the front office staff is extremely helpful. Bianca always follows up with me to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. She’s a manager that truly cares and you can tell by how she interacts with the residents. They are also in the process of adding more amenities where the tennis court was and I couldn’t be more excited!

I hate that I have to circle back and leave this review. Unfortunately, it really is not a great place to live. I was in love when I toured. I thought it was going quiet, clean, comfortable. Instead I had bugs flying out of fireplace always, there were roaches, and there were mice or rats or something. Something was always broken. Why is something always broken? Management (which is seems some are still there from these reviews…. ) doesn’t care. I actually had to move out months prior to lease ending because the pest control wasn’t working. After my boxes of food started being eaten into, I couldn’t do it. So I paid for my new apt and this one while waiting for lease to end. I guess I want to say that all of those 5 star reviews are probably fluff.

Please read ALL reviews before moving here! I've lived here since 2021. They take WEEKS to fix things. It's been 3 times that I've reported my heater being broken l, each time they came to "fix it," it took a few weeks to do since reporting it. Each time that they came to fix it, the temperature outside was in the 40s! Mid-October 2023, my dishwasher broke. I immediately reported it. I was told that it needed to be replaced and should take about 1 week to arrive and be installed. I was heading out of town then, so I was okay with that. I came back the WEEK OF THANKSGIVING, and to my surprise, the dishwasher was ON, but it was stuck in the same cycle....as it had been before i left. I asked the maintenance guy what's going on, and I was told that some other maintenance supervisor came and "ran a cycle," but that's not true. I reported it to Bianca in the leasing office and even reported that there's water that's at the bottom of the dishwasher, causing a foul smell in my apartment. I asked if there would be some compensation for the 6 weeks that the dishwasher had been out. Their only solution was ordering a part that may or MAY NOT fix the problem and that someone would be over right away to drain the water. That was Friday, and no one's come since I've been back and last night, and today I saw a roach coming from the dishwasher! This is no attack on the main maintenance guy that works here. He's been here since the end of the summer and that's the ONLY reason why the other things have been getting fixed. Anyway, I will NEVER live here again and anyone who wants to apply or has applied RUN LIKE HELL!

I just took a tour and applied today. Melanie was our leasing agent and she was very informative and took the time to show us the different apartments available. I can’t wait to move into my renovated apartment with a fireplace! To top things off, they were running a special so I got a discount and I’ll be able to move right before the holidays!

My husband’s job has us relocating so we have been doing multiple tours in the area. Today we toured Silver Creek and it was such a nice community. We toured the renovated two bedroom apartment and we can’t wait to call it home! The grounds seem well kept and the neighborhood is quite peaceful. Melanie was a huge help and answered all our questions!

Toured Silver Creek today because my lease was ending at my other apartment complex. Melanie showed me around the property. The new gym equipment looks amazing and I can’t wait to use it. It seems like it’s a pretty quiet community which is great because I work nights as a nurse. The renovated one bedroom that has a porch and sunroom is what had me sold.
